All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your package has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of our products. The shipping method used will depend on the size and weight of the item, as well as your location. Large items like shower enclosures may be shipped via freight carriers, while smaller accessories may be delivered through standard ground services.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your shipping address and the availability of the item. Most standard deliveries are completed within 5 to 10 business days after the order is shipped. For rural or remote areas, delivery may take a few additional days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product weight, dimensions, and destination. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on eligible product pages or during checkout.
Freight Deliveries
For oversized or heavy items shipped via freight, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive and inspect the package upon arrival.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact our support team.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the package or sign the delivery receipt without noting the damage. Contact us immediately at support@raymondshop.site with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Raymond Shop is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately to make corrections before your item is shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, nor do we ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions on oversized items.
